Overview
The Lake County Historical Society's Youth Education Department is committed to educating the youth of our community through hands-on, engaging activities.
Our goal is to inspire our youth about the importance of preserving the past to prepare for the future.
The Youth Education department is proud to offer activities, events,
workshops and speakers that bring history alive for children in our community. All of our programs meet the State of Ohio
Academic Content Standards for the Social Studies in grade level appropriate activities.
Programs can be hosted on our site or yours. We will work with any teacher
in all grade levels to design custom, affordable programs for all students.
All programs meet the State of Ohio
Academic Content Standards K-12.
